Perfect for beginners and anyone seeking a slower, more mindful practice, this class offers a gentle introduction to the flowing movements of vinyasa yoga. We will link breath with postures, building
a sense of calm and connection with your body and the natural surroundings. We ask that you bring your own mat for this offering.
