the new moon on febRuary 9th invites us to embrace our uniqueness and transform our deepest desires into reality. now is the time to release old patterns of uncertainity, believe in our strength and MAKE DECISIONS. THE YOGA PRACTICE AND SOUND BATH ARE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO RELEASE TENSION IN AREAS OF THE BODY CONNECTED TO OUR INNATE ABILITY TO MANIFEST THE LIFE THAT WE WANT. LET US CELEBRATE THE BEGINNING OF OUR WINTER SEASON BY SURRENDING TO THE DARKNESS AND MOVING TOWARD THE LIGHT. tHIS PRACTICE WILL INCLUDE 75 MINUTES OF MOVEMENT, 45 MINUTES OF A RESTORATIVE PRACTICE AND HEALING SOUNDS BY RACHEL FAGAN FROM INSPIRED EVOLUTION.

Meditation, Movement & Matcha
Are you curious about meditation and how it can positively impact your life? Research shows that meditation not only boosts the quality of our emotional, mental and physical wellness, but it also changes the function and structure of our brain.
This 4 part workshop will include the science of meditation, movement and breathing that prepares the body for stillness, a practical meditation practice you can adopt and conversation about our experience over delicious matcha.
