Join Maria for this hybrid yoga class + craft workshop. We’ll begin with a deep, hip-opening yoga practice to prepare the body for the ultimate knot, Lotus Pose.  From this centered space, we’ll transition into a mindful craft and create a stylish boho macrame wristlet. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and with a functional piece of handmade art to take home.

All macrame materials will be provided—all you need to bring is your mat, your water, and your wonderful self!
